Me and many people with different gears ran into this issue recently. When we upload 4k (R7) or 8k videos to YouTube, it ALWAYS says "processing abandoned". How did you avoid this issue? Thanks a lot!

Great report, Hugh. I have to say though that these are the same experiences and generalized tech that have been repeated year after year at SIGGRAPH. The mocap guy with sticks is a poster child for the same thing from Vicon, etc, and the 360 camera is straight out of 2015. The whole field of 360 video (mono as here or computational stereo in the case of now defunct Jaunt) struggles where 180 prospers. No one spends much time swinging the camera round to see what's "behind"

Did I hear correctly that the video resolution is 12 Megapixels? So only a bit better than 4K?
