Cast Iron Wednesday │Easy Salisbury Steak │Lodge Cast Iron Grill Pan

The easiest way I know of making delicious Salisbury Steak. I use my old Lodge Grill pan to sear the meat, then add the gravy, onions and mushrooms and put it in the oven for a while. This ain’t no TV Dinner or the “Lunchroom Lady’s” Salisbury steak!!! If you haven’t tried Salisbury Steak in a while, you should!!!

LoL I was certainly fooled...while waiting for ads to finish, I sure was laughing at the frozen food steak...I was telling myself "aw no He can't be doing this" Glad to see it's homemade!
