The latest episode of Princeton Health OnDemand focuses on the ways that physical therapy can benefit patients with osteoporosis. At the Princeton Medical Center Outpatient Rehabilitation Program, physical therapists use the Meeks Method, an exercise and alignment program developed for persons with low bone mass and postural problems. This approach helps strengthen the muscles in the spine and abdomen to help achieve better balance and postural alignment.

The video features Lisa Baptis, a physical therapist in Princeton Medical Center’s Outpatient Rehabilitation Program.
