James Corden welcomes master magicians and "Fool Us" stars Penn & Teller, and James finds Teller giving Penn a tattoo in blood. After Teller's work is done, James must pick a random card from a set -- will it match Penn's new artwork?

Penn grab the "snake tattoo" (it's a sticker) from the towel. When he show the "your tattoo", Teller put the "snake tattoo" on to the back of Penn's arm. You can see Teller's fingers pressed the back of Penn's arm when he touch him. Slowy remove the sticker cover and Penn hid it inside his fist.

Snake tattoo is on his arm.
Top card is forced to stay on top.
All other cards are drawn one at a time from the second position.
The glare of the camera obscures this second-card draw, but I think that was a production mistake.
Eventually the mark says, "Now" and the top, forced card is revealed to be the same as the temporary tattoo.

I think he had multiple temporarily tattoos on the table and the towel was moist and he quickly applied it after he new what one was chosen. You can tell because it's not fully adhered.
