Hello, thanks for getting back to me. Yes cutting the pipe free would be our final resort. We'd really like to be able re-use the fittings though if possible as we're 'make do and mend' kind of people . If they could be released this first time, greater care can be taken to ensure they are well lubricated and avoid a repeat seizure. I would love a light weight scaffolding kit to paint double height space inside and then use outside for painting trim on house. Do you have a kit?

Ok, here's what the support team said: "I would not heat these up in case there is any flammable residue that has contaminated the rail and fittings. I would cut off the fittings using grinder and replace but making sure a risk assessment has been concluded before commencement of works."

Hello, we have some guardrail to dismantle which is held together with Kee Klamps. Unfortunately the set screws have rusted in solid and we've been unable to loosen them. Could you suggest a way we can remove them? WD-40 has been used but without success. I've read about using a blow torch on rusted nuts on bolts to help them expand slightly but these are encased in the clamp so perhaps that would make them tighter still? I'd appreciate your help with this, thank you in advance.
