The DA dropped the charges...and some suspect the speed at which the charges were dropped is directly related to someones desire to get out in front of this before it lands in a courtroom....This apparently stems from Texas statute 38.02, , , and these cops obviously blatant refusal to observe and abide by it...

Further investigation? All you need are the body cams and audio. If that is not available, then you already know.
