Greek taverna style feta stuffed burgers/ μπιφτέκια γεμιστα με φέτα/ τα καλύτερα μπιφτέκια

• Ingredients:
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2-4 minced garlic cloves
- 2-3 thick slices bread soaked into the water
- 1 handful parsley
- salt as needed
- pepper as needed
- 1 tbsp oregano
- feta crumbs as needed
- diced tomato as needed
- diced pepper as needed

• instructions:
- into a large bowl add the ground beef and all the rest ingredients except the feta, the tomatoes and the peppers
- knead very well until all the ingredients are fully combined
- then shape the meatball into your desired size make it a thin patty
- add over it some feta, tomato and peppers
- then form one more patty and cover the feta
- make sure you close the sides very well so will keep all the juices inside
- cook for a few minutes both sides or as you desire!
- you can stir fry, bake or grill
- enjoy with fries, Greek salad, pita bread and tirokafteri or tzatziki
