Lata Mangeshkar Last Rites Preparation At Shivaji Park | Nightingale Of India Is No More

On the death of Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar, the Union Home Ministry announced 2-day national mourning. National mourning will be observed on 6 February and 7 February 2022. The 'Bharat Ratna'-awarded singer breathed her last at Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital. During this, the tricolour flag of the country will be hosted throughout the country. Lata Mangeshkar's last rites will be performed with state honours at Shivaji Park in Mumbai at 6.30 pm. In the last farewell, Lata Mangeshkar will be given a salute from the Police Paltan and Army Paltan. A salute of 12 rifles will be given from both of these sides.
