I'm not get billing alerts in this procedure. Please advice me

That procedure alone does not work anymore. You also need to create a Billing Policy and attach it to your IAM User as stated in aws doc "IAM tutorial: Delegate access to the billing console". I can see billing information now but when I try "Create Budget" it says "Something went wrong. Please try again in some time." Any tips on how to solve that issue?
