Mazda has surpassed Toyota in reliability and longivity you should certainly buy this vehicle this guy has no clue what he is talking about I would rather have reliability than a 3rd row any day!

This is the worst video I've had ever seen there is not 1 good reason not to buy a cx70. The cx70 is at the top of its class name me any vehicle that has over 300hp, inline 6 engine rwd bias with awd, 40 cubic feet of cargo space, 25 mpg average, for 55k fully loaded this vehicle is a steal at that price. I bought one 3 months ago couldn't be happier. Test drive one yourself then test drive and other vehicle you will buy a cx70

So, I have to disagree with you on many points here. I recently, 8/24/24, leased a CX-70 PHEV Premium Plus model and was given over $13, 000 off in Loyalty / Hybrid Lease rebates from Mazda, plus was able to negotiate $4300 off MSRP from my local dealer. All in all, this $60K MSRP was brought down to around $44K after tax and licensing fees.

I traded in my 2022 CX-5 because I wanted a bit more space and could not pass this amazing price. I agree that it’s essentially the CX-90 with 2 rows, but the overall styling is much sportier, fitting my needs and wants in a vehicle. Sure, they could have badged it as a CX-90 sport, but in all it’s an amazing vehicle.

For those who have owned or driven Mazdas, they would be pleasantly surprised at how well this vehicle handles and connects the driver to the road. It is a blast to drive and the PHEV has plenty of power for its weight.

As for the fuel economy, I have put over 1100 miles in the vehicle as of today, and it is only on its second tank of fuel - I have fueled it once, since the dealer provided it on full upon delivery. Looking at my fuel economy display, it has been hovering around 36 MPG and I do not charge it every night. As far as electric range, Mazda claims it gets 27 miles on a full battery, but with my driving style, I have been getting up to 31 miles on a full charge.

The infotainment system is a breeze to operate and only took a small amount of time to master in my CX-5, and the CX-70 is no different. Using the knob keeps you focused on the road while driving, and enjoying the drive. Yes, touchscreen only works in Apple Car Play or Android, which is fine, because my 2022 CX-5 did not have that ability.

So, in all, I love this vehicle so far, but it’s only been a month. My 2022 CX-5 was my first Mazda, and it only went in for regularly scheduled maintenance (oil changes and tire rotations) and never required warranty work in the 30 months / 22K miles I owned it, which totally surprised me. I am a former Chevrolet Service Advisor / Manager and find it rare to have a vehicle without any warranty work / claims.

Lastly, unlike many of competitors in this segment, Mazdas do not use Continually Variable Transmissions (CVT) which have their own mechanical issues and unrefined driving characteristics, from my perspective. This CX-70 has an 8 speed automatic transmission which is super responsive without any noticeable issues to date. (Some of the 2024 CX-90s had some early shifting issues at lower speeds, which Mazda has rectified and dialed in with software updates.)

If you want a fun midsize SUV that drives and handles like a sporty car, then I highly suggest you take one for a test drive.

Who truly needs 3 rows. Even with third row down, second row is more cramped compared to a two row model.

It has some minor quirks but it’s an excellent vehicle choice if you want room but don’t want to pack your car full of people.

But thats your opinion. Why talking trash about a car you didn't really did a test drive. Thats very strange. A totally useless video.

I have a cx90 phev premium and it’s amazing. Family of 3 so I almost always drive with third row folded down but if other kids or grandparents riding along I have the flexibility of more seats. I could not justify a cx70 though.

What a pathetic review. Boy, you have no clue about making a video and reach out to people. If you really believe that this is a bad car that buyers should pay attention to facts, share them with real proofs, statistics and let people think about it and decide instead of bad mouthing and keep yeling that its a bad vehicle or unsuccessful product.
