Could the Chechen Military Tesla Cybertruck Work as a Tactical Vehicle?

This probably would't be a good military vehicle for a number of reasons:
1. The Cybertruck has not been ruggedized for military use. Its seats will tear and the touch screen cannot be used with gloves.
2. The Cybertruck has not be designed with CBRN in mind.
3. Powering radios and battle management systems may drain the battery on long duration missions.
4. Increased logistical burden and difficulty charging in a tactical environment.
5. Increased thermal and radio spectrum profile.
6. Problems with control of lights and sound.
7. Armor may not be thick enough to support tactical applications.

Calling him a politician is pretty bloody generous, Ryan. He's a warlord

The flat floor is an IED’s best friend. And once the battery ignites, those videos will rival T72 turret tosses.

People have tested it's bulletproofness, and it's minimal at best. It will stop a single small pistol but even repeated shots from a hand gun can penetrate once the panel starts deforming. It cannot stop even a single bullet from a rifle a military soldier would use.

Fantastic idea. Especially given the EV charging infrastructure on a dynamic battlefield.

That truck is like a gold plated AK. Zero added value but just bling bling for tyrants

Hardened against EMP? Heck, from what I have seen from Cybertruck Fanboy forums it's not even hardened against a light rain.

It provides enormous tactical advantage because while the opposing army is pointing and laughing at it you can shoot them. The only hard part is you have to have a second vehicle to tow it onto the battlefield because it breaks down so much and you're going to take large numbers of casualties from the sharp bladed edge of the doors

Honestly this is a mockery of the Russian and Chechen soldiers fighting in Ukraine and I'm all for it.

Donating that thing to the enemy would be an act of sabotage.

Tactical vehicle? No.
TikTok vehicle? Absolutely!

Cage armour would improve the aesthetics of the Cybertruck.

3:27 I think touchscreens in vehicles are the single greatest downgrade in technology I've witnessed in my lifetime, especially in cases like the Cybertruck, where the screen controls everything.

In times gone by, a driver could change the radio, adjust the AC, activate the wipers - operate almost all the car's functions - all without taking their eyes off the road.

Common vehicle touchscreens don't even have haptic feedback yet.

A single vehicle with no particular military purpose and a unique set of logistic needs? Seems pretty on brand to me.

HA! The Cybertruck doesn't even work as a civilian vehicle!
