🔥🥩⚔️ Teriyaki Beef Tenderloin Bites w Honey Butter

Tender cubes of marinated beef tenderloin trimmings, grilled on the swords over charcoal and finished with a spicy honey butter. This is a favourite way to use trim from a whole beef tenderloin, great to serve pink and not worth grinding, also done it with fried rice. If you trim larger cuts like the tenderloin you can have a uniform cooking roast or similar size and shaped steaks.

Marinade - Blended
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Gochujang
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
6 Garlic Cloves
3 Bunch Scallion
