Props to filoni for trying to fix the lack of background with the sequels

I've never heard anyone pronounce it knee-cromancer before

You are the single, solitary person I've ever seen call it a "nee-crow-man-sir."

Say it with me. "Neck-row-man-sir."

man, project "kneegrowmancer" sounds like it'd make more sense for Mace Windu.

Honestly they just need to continue this animation style. Make more future Star Wars projects with it!

Now is the perfect time for us to hear the full Tragety of Darth Pleigus the Wise.

I'm kind of sick of Palpatine. I wish they would let him stay dead.

That room with the cloning chambers where hemlock is working on project necromancer, looks like it was designed to resemble the inside of an ancient sith temple.

Leave it to Filoni to take the worst part of the sequals and give it a logical backstory. FILONI FOREVER

Plagueis basically wanted to regenerate like The Doctor from Doctor Who but without the alteration to personality, but maybe wanting to change his outward appearance to through off enemies to his continued existence.

There was no plan for Snoke… Just a total lack of character concept, until they decided to shoehorn in that Snoke lobster tank shot in the worst movie in the franchise.

I watched a lot of star wars explanations about project necromancer waiting for yours to drop and like always your star wars knowledge/love for star wars lore outshines theirs

Palpatine’s science approach is more practical. Only those in the light of the Force truly live forever.

This just explains Star Wars was never about Luke but, its about how Palpatine survives for basically forever as a ruler of the Galaxy.

Palpatine shouldnt have tried to kill luke, instead knock him out, flee the Death Star with him, bring him to Exegol and use his body for the transfer

I just loved that one scene in Dark Empire where young 30’s something Clone body Palps is standing there, having just lost his lower arm in a lightsaber duel rematch against Grand Master Luke (Palps won the first round!, months earlier). He screams out, “I’ve played along with your Jedi dueling games for long enough ! Now you will experience my FULL potency !! I Live as Energy !! I…AM…THE DARK SIDE !!!” 😈

Then he summons a capital-ship scale Force Storm vortex which begins annihilating the attacking Republic Fleet ! 💥

“The Power to Destroy a planet is insignificant..next to the Power of the Force…”

This further confirms that Palpatine did not learn Darth Plagueis technique of controlling medichlorians to keep one from dying. Plagueis hated the idea of transferring essence from one body to another!!!

I absolutely hate the idea of cloning jedi. I hated it when legends did it, and I hate it now. Also, this just proves that all roads lead to the sequel trilogy.

Project Necromancer, Pronounced as Neck-row-man-ser, is by far the most ambitious of all classified Imperial Projects rivaling if not beating Project Stardust. While the goal of PN is to grant Palpatine immortality, it would not be the perfect immortality that he so craved. Rather the form of immortality that PN grants is Parasitic in description.

While it has the potential for success, it also holds great risk of failure. It is not enough that the clones have a high M-Count or that they are healthy, able, and blank of any resident mind. They have to be fortified enough to not only take in Sidious's mind and spirit, but also be able to withstand the power of the emperor as he uses and studies the powers and abilities granted to him from the Darkside of the Force. Otherwise each body would be subjected to the degradation that results from such displays of that kind of "unnatural" abilities and power.
