Dragon Ball Z: 'Palace in the Clouds' - Rakeem's Re Make
Показать описание
I have an enormous level of nostalgia for the original version of this track! I think this may have been one of the tracks that I heard on the CD first and then in the show. I started the show in 2002.
The original track was written by Mike Smith and first debuted in Episode 96 - "Explosion of Anger" for the scene in which Master Roshi is talking to Yajirobe about how he's always had a sixth sense about Goku and the latter finally unlocked some new power (the Super Saiyan transformation).
It's a really beautiful track that matches Roshi's discovery perfectly in my opinion. The CD version is shorter than what was originally written for the episode so the CD version must have been taken from some later episode.
Here, I wanted it to feel the same all the way through but have just a bit of the Rakeem sprinkles. The original is such a feel good track with a hint of melancholy. I hope I did it justice!
Anyway enjoy!
-Credit for the original "Palace in the Clouds" goes to the legendary Mike Smith!
-Credit for the BEAUTIFUL thumbnail goes to my talented friend Marcelo Zuniga!
-Track was made from scratch by me!
-Yes, I take requests!
