Conservatives should 'take their time' with leadership race despite fears party could lose millions

The Tories used to be a pretty stable party, but ever since Brexit, it's become a party of warring factions who hate each other: Moderate One Nation Remainer Tories bare little resemblance to Far right Leaver Populists.. The factions can't disguise their distrust and disdain for each other. It's ironic really that the party who wanted Brexit the most, is the party who is paying the price for it the most

I've just finished my analysis of why your party lost the general election - it took me eight and a half minute and here are my conclusions: You promised people to deliver growth, marvelous trade deals with countries far from the UK, levelling up of poor areas, forty new hospitals, a world class NHS, world class education, accountability and integrity. You delivered none of it, but you allowed a Prime Minister to almost crash the British economy, you allowed private companies to pollute waters all over the country and along it's coastline, you had parties in Downing Street while people were dying alone and your then Prime Minister lied about it in the House of Commons. That's why you lost. I'll allow you to use my conclusions free of charge.

Yes, Labour ran a campaign light on policy (though there was plenty in the manifesto to help them push their agenda through the Lords quickly). Why? Because they could! Will there ever be a time where political parties are a thing of the past? I wonder if it might be better for the public to vote for a person that is best for each and every goverment job. I'm in no way an activist for the aforementioned, but it seems that politics in the UK is not going very well. I do hope that our political parties start to impress the public, its what is neeed.
