⁇ Would you rather be "ULTRA" or "PRO" 🤔

I was team android for the past 6 years and recently switched to the IPhone 13 pro max. I see why most ppl in the US prefer apple. Biggest difference is that certain apps are better optimized on the iPhone compare to android. Also little features on IOS that just work well.

I have the S22 Ultra and I love it. The camera is fantastic. The 10x telephoto lens gets some great shots. Digital shots to 30x are very usable. I am not video guy. I like to shoot stills and the four camera setup on the Ultra does a great job.

I've been using a 13 pro for the last 10 months and just recently switched to the S22 ultra. It has been a mixed bag for me. While there are some things I like about the S22 ultra, there are far more things I miss about my iphone. It's software stuff that I miss. There are just so many handy and thoughtful little features throughout iOS that are missing in OneUI not to mention the bugs, jank, weird stuff scattered throughout android. It's definitely a different world on Android. You can definitely do more stuff like torrentimg or playing Gameboy roms and all sorts of other stuff but as a phone, using the basic phone functions like social media, internet browser, email, calendar, reminders, music, password management, common apps etc I actually think the iphone wins hands down no contest. Just depends if you're willing to deal with the jank of android for having the freedom to torrent and stuff or if you're happy to have a slightly more limited set of functions but those functions work flawlessly making the phone a joy to use for everyday tasks. Also I could take or leave the s pen. At the end of the day it's a tiny pen on a tiny screen trying to do tiny handwriting and tiny sketches. The only thing I really use it for is marking up screenshots to send to friends which isn't a must have function for me. I'm still using the S22 Ultra but we will see if my SIM card is still in it in a week's time or if it'll be back in my trusty iphone 13 Pro.

7:33 Hey. Samsung has been reducing blue light on their phones by default since the S7. So what you are seeing is the blue light more that you are perceiving as a higher brightness. Take both of them out and see for yourself in direct sunlight. 13 pro looks like a joke compared to the Samsung.

At the end of the day it comes down to what works for you in everyday life. For me personally, Android phones make more sense for a few reawsons

- USB C charging means I can use the the same charger for different devices. Ironically, you can use a macbook charger to charge an Android phone but not an iPhone.
- Universal back button. So underrated but an awesome feature.
- Being able to use my phone as an external hard drive. File management is much easier because of this. Its not a feature I always use but I appreciate it when i do.
- The ability to use face unlock or fingerprint unlock based on which is more conventient at that moment
- Ease of use with other devices outside the so called 'ecosystem'. I use a bunch of different devices from different manufacturers and Android is much easier to use with them, as opposed to the iPhone which makes you bend over backwards to integrate with anything that does not have an Apple logo on it.

I know there are other difference between the two but these are the features I use. Apple has great hardware that gels extremely welll with its polished software (as expected when you have the final say on both) but it doesn't let me use my device the way I want to use it.

I Love the Fact that my 22Ultra can be more Google than my IPhone Max. Yes I carry both but I rely on my 22 Ultra by a lot more!!! Better videos, better sound, but the main reason, Flawless Google Assistant!!

I've been an android user since Galaxy S, Nexus, then my last android was S21Ultra. I switched to iphone 13pro just to test the water and what I love the most about iphone is their standby time and battery seems to last longer in iphone 13 pro compared to similar usage in my s21ultra. I do miss the flexibility of Android customization and custom ROM options but due to my heavy usage, battery life matters more to me now.

I feel sorry for people who are locked in to the Apple ecosystem. They don't get the features and flexibility of the Android Ul, and they just have to accept whatever Apple serves up,

Also the battery comparison he described is straight up false, yes, the ultra has a bigger battery, but if you see any battery drain test, Samsung always looses, it’s just that he uses the iPhone more than the galaxy that makes it have less percent at the end of the day

I used to be team Samsung, but when I tried the iPhone 13 pro, boy I wish I switched sooner. Love it!

When it comes down to it. Nothing Apple can do spec wise will ever make me switch to any iOS device. It could never be good enough to rival Android. Simply, I don't like Apple's ecosystem of my way or the highway approach. I just bought a S22 Ultra 512gb and I never thought that zoom could possibly win me over like it has. Its the real truth and an amazing game changer in phone photography. It opens up a whole new world to your picture taking . The zoom clarity is so damned good it had my Facebook followers raving about the possibilities of this phone. I never thought it would be able to keep up with my LG V60 after its last updates for the cameras but it has. However the speakers on the V60 are still unmatched by any phone, even Apple's 13max or Xiaomis or any other brands flagships. I'd highly recommend ankers USBC to 3.5mm adapter/DAC for audio if you don't have a V60. For 20 dollars Canadian there's no better choice. Its the only thing I've tried that can almost do what LG does with its internal DAC.

Not biased at all. Comparing ultra to pro and not to a pro max of courseyou get better battery performance its missing a lot of mah . Putting a iphone 12 screen protector to iphone 13 pro to highlight the notch. Using low resolution on youtube. Wow

Why do comments always argue about what’s better just buy what u want and that’s that. You can’t change peoples minds about what they want

I have 22 ultra and 13 pro max as well. The max is so boring to use. Lol
It's in my dresser waiting to be traded for a z fold 4.
