One cool interaction that rarely comes up but can happen is that the equip target can also be the creature that the equipment is already attached to. This is useful in some infinite combos like Cephalid Illusionist + Shuko with no other creatures on board, or with any creature you control that cares about being targeted by an ability.

Ok the taking control part where owner gets to choose target is nutty. Could cause a lot of chaos... can't imagine that taking control of equipment is a great idea all the time.

What happens if an equipment generates tokens and the creature it's equipped to is stolen. Who gets the tokens when they're generated?

Can you target an equipment permanent, when it's attached to a creacher, itself? For example, if the equipment gives a creacher shroud, can I target the equipment?
