Yes. I love the way I feel and as long as it's working ofr me I'm making no changes. I'm not trying to force it on anybody else.

You look great! I hope you've continued eating healthfully and that your family and wife are now supportive and hopefully making their own improvements. I'm beginning this journey today myself and my mate is supportive (for now). I appreciate your honesty and insights on food and relationships and agree with your observations. Thanks for sharing and best wishes to you!

It's never been my intention to be boxed in by any diet. I think you can have a little veriety and still remain healthy and vibrant. But my first choice is 811rv. I will not compromise my health for anyone or anything. I have a cantalope and papya waiting for me for breakfast; for lunch it's kale and pinapple smoothy with 10 bananas, and dinner is a big garden salad and dates.

I watched your videos as you made your way to Niagara on the Lake and was rooting for you. :) I appreciate what you are saying as you summarize your experience adopting 80/10/10. Even by switching to raw foods, not 80/10/10 I have felt some shifts in some of my relationships. Fortunately my family is very supportive. And man, I am feeling fantastic myself, so what you are saying totally resonates with me! :)

It's funny that something as transient as food -goes in one end and out the other as waste- can have such an impact on relationships. People don't realized how much of their identity is wrapped in what they eat. What I find even more absurd is how so many people, regardless of the health threat, are still quite willing to risk dying for their favorite foods.
