One can avoid the negative healing debuff from draugrkin by just front barring it and have your burst heals on your back bar. Yeah your HoT's will be lower on front bar for sure, but most important one is coagulating blood anyway, so just keep that skill away from draugrkin.

great video, my skills are set in a similar way, but I have the bow as 2 bar. since I'm only back in eso after a two-year break and a lot has happened in terms of skilling, I'm now a noob :P . is this build for cyro with cp ? I'm currently playing on Non CP because I'm not that high in champions points.
But it's an inspiration that I might switch to a staff member on the 2nd bar if it's an advantage.

Try master dw front bar, vat ice bb, draugrkin and dragons appetite on body on dk, arcanist, or necromancer
