Why does this Renter think working since they were 15 is a high sign of maturity, independence and other stuff? Cause in that case well, I started working when I was 13! I Buried people for a living, lady. I dug graves for minimum freaking wage, But you don't hear me ranting about how that makes me better than others and entitlements. Here's a thing, if you rent out a property... the rent they pay also should go into a fund to hire repair peeps to just call in while on your 'Holiday', and fix whatever the thing is. OR pay a friend[we usually work cheaply] to check out the issue before they then call the repair person for you if it's not a really simple fix.
