My husband and I live here. We have never seen Milwaukee look like a ghost town before. My husband hasn't been allowed to go downtown to work in 5 weeks. At least he is getting paid but hates the forced work from home situation. There is no call for this.

Great video of a wonderful city. I've watched many of your video's during this tragic event. Many comments are the same for each city. And while true, this is sad and hard to process. One comment that is missing is....lets do something collectively to make sure we never have to live through such a thing ever again. Pressure government and business leaders here and abroad to make changes. Changes in laboratories, in improving the climate and wet markets world wide. This is bullshit and should never have happened. I believe it could have been avoided. I for one want to hear the crack of the bat and the cheers from the crowd at a baseball game right now. Not the sound of silence!

Construction started on 44 story apt/office bldg on lakefront May5th, 2021. The Hoan bridge on lake is now lit up at nite, very cool!

Milwaukee's always so empty seems pretty normal to me lol people are still walking and driving around, going to stores, etc. The suburbs are where people are staying inside
