I just disabled multi core enhancement altogether with a -0.04 undervolt and Im getting 38.5k in cinebench and hovering around 87

Better to disable multicore enhancement and set a voltage offset of -0.050. I get above 40k on cinebench with temps in the low to mid 80's.

13900k is easy as pie, -0.100V and go to town. I’m getting 41k in cb23 still on DDR4. Max temp 85C after and hour of looping with a basic 360 aio. Out of the box it was hitting 100C.

My 13900ks hit 40, 000+ score easy on Cinebench r23, undervolted at 1.3v. Spent 30 seconds on bios.

It's sitting underneath thermalright contact frame and Arctic liquiz freezer II 420mm.

Max temp was 92 C. Hot, but not thermal throttled. Stable. Can't complain.

My settings: MCE off, PL1 and PL2 limit to 225, limit P-core boost to 5.3 GHz and E-core boost to 4.0GHz, and use balanced power profile in Windows (although I do disable core parking to keep system highly responsive). Oh and just XMP on the RAM. I didn’t change voltage or LLC values.

Hyper-threading off lower vcore and cpu will be better for gaming

I undervolt mine by 0.080v and get 41600 cinebench r23 with stock speeds.
Max temp is 93c with my kraken x72

I have a water cooler aio on 14900kf, undervolted -0.25, 38.1 on cinebench 23 86C max with no temp limits, everything on, Asus oc profile with remove limits but i add limits to 400A and 253w because 4k watt is just non sense haha

Im around 30*C normal
And around 50-65 Max *C, playing fortnite at Max setting, dlss and rey tracing on, using i9 13900K, rtx 4090 Asus oc white edition, thermal grizzly Intel contact frame and corsair h150i elite lcd xt 360.

What other aio do you recommend? I like arctic aio but the design of the radiator/fan is bad imo because I’m putting my pc on the desk not on the ground

You can get 39800 range if you use the +1 bin and adaptive modes. I was able to do this only hitting 88-89c with out using the (90c) cap MCE.

Then I updated my bios and can't duplicate it grrr

I use ryzen 5 5600 and it jumps to 75° when I play cyberpunk on 1080p medium settings with no ray tracing on so I wonder if it is and stick cooler
