Hi Mark, good point is always bring hand sanitizer, baby wipes and if possible a portable toilet. A lot of those bathrooms are simply impossible to use the number 2😂. For sanitisation of the toilet seat and your hands as well, as it’s common in some places like natural parks they don’t have soap, toilet paper (or sometimes got stolen) and current water.

He forget to mention the fact many toilets in South America don't have toilet paper so you should always have some on hand unless you want dirty hands.
