Yes! They are ridiculous! Always a new one every week and they are usually wearing expensive sneakers and they'll be standing in front of a Help Wanted sign at Kroger. GET A JOB! I've joked that they work for temp agencies. lol I say we all throw pens and job applications at them. Cville has an incredibly low unemployment rate and places are STILL hiring. Get it together.
