A chlorine feeder that goes in the pool that you use one inch or three inch tables will help a lot with the algae in the filter. Also shock after if rains or having a lot of swimmers. That from a 35 year 27 ft 52 inch 1600 gallon pool owner!

To late now but it's better if you lay a thick layer of fine sand down under the pool bed to keep sharp things (stones, sticks, nails, glass,
etc) from poking through. That's what we did.
