in 1976 when this handgun came to market, it was probably the finest handgun being made at the time.

The fact it is still a viable handgun today speaks volumes.

you lost credibility when you said you didn't like the way the gun looks.

The most reliable semi-auto I've ever owned. 13k+ failure-free rounds.

You are right...it is a duty weapon. ..a gun you go to war with...why would you want anything less?

I have an Italian made version and still loving it.
It was my first pistol I've owned for over 27 years and still not a single failure.

If you pinch your hand in the action you are riding the slide forward. Don't do that! Pull it back and release!

At 6min. and 40sec. into the video. The open slide design was made to prevent stove pipping. The gun is not designed for looks, it was designed for function in arid climates. And since you like "power stroking" your gun, you should try grabbing it from the back with your index finger, and thumb gripping the safety mechanism, so that way you have control over the safety and cocking the slide at the same time without pinching your fingers. Grabbing the top of the slide with the palm of your hand and racking it back is just movie garbage.

Whether you like it or not, it's still one of those guns that everyone should own. I rarely shoot mine any more but it will always have a spot in my safe.

Beretta 92fs my favorite gun in the world. Best looking gun and the most reliable. Feels great in your hand and shoots flawlessly. Suck that there's too many glock fanboys out there

Colion has come a long way in terms of video quality and his ability to speak.

I have been carrying concealed since 1984. This handgun is one of my two go to handguns.

Accuracy is great and it will shoot when you need it to without question.

I trust it with my life. Enough said.

I own a Beretta 96a1, some people are commenting that you're nit picking or bitching, I perceived your comments as honest reflections from a man with a lot of handgun experience. thank you for the great video, subbed. -pat

This gun is a classic, just like the Colt 1911, I love its functional elegance and its got a mean look to it as well.

92FS is a big mans gun. If you can palm a basketball you will love the 92fs.

I like my m9. It feels good in my hand, easy to strip and it shoots where i point it.

long intitial trigger pull...won't shoot your junk off accidentally either.  Got to love this one, it's John McLain's gun!   I'm a child of the 80's.  It was all about the Beretta back then, fond memories.

The Beretta is my first handgun. When I bought it, I had no idea it was so common in Hollywood.
