The Man That Celebrates Christmas Every Day!

For this 50 year-old Wiltshire electrician who has spent half a million pound on celebrating Christmas everyday it's more a case of credit munch than credit crunch. Meet Mr Christmas, Andy Park, is so addicted to the festive season that he is now seeking medical advice to help him with his addiction. Since 1993 has spent £180,000 on a jaw-dropping 6,622 turkeys along with a staggering 34,276 roasted potatoes and a stomach churning 65,600 sprouts. From his three bedroom detached home in Melksham, near Bath, crimbo-mad Andy has doused over 6,000 meals in 6,660 pints of gravy and popped the corks of 6,622 bottles of Moet champagne. Each morning he wakes up, tears open the pressies he wrapped for himself the night before and enjoys a couple of mince pies for breakfast. He then writes out a Christmas card before hand delivering it to himself to save money on stamps. A full Christmas dinner is served exactly ten minutes before the clock chimes three for the daily Queen's Speech -- when patriotic Andy stands for the playing of the National Anthem. Andy's successful electrician business and he side venture composing Christmas songs for local radio stations have sustained his Christmas everyday habit through thick and thin.

To each their own. He's not bothering anyone. With that being said, I love Christmas more than anyone but without it ending I wouldn't look forward to it the following year the way I do. It's like the change of seasons.

Good for him..I love Christmas and I listen to christmas music once a week if I'm having a bad day..cook christmas desserts randomly and celebrate christmas in july. If he can afford it and it keeps him going then Rock around the christmas tree everyday. If he were in bed depressed sad giving in to pressures people would still talk..

It's clear as day to me that this chap is trying to make up for something that was missing from his childhood. When you understand the root cause of his Christmas obsession & how he needs to relive it over & over you understand it's his brains way of trying to process something. I think he's got stuck in that process because he's not tapping into his subconscious mind. How can he, he's not even aware what's going on. Bless him ❤️ To the untrained eye he appears happy enough, but so do many comedians who mask their pain through humour. Behind closed doors this is a lost soul ❤️
