Oohh it is so hard to press yes or no on cookie Give me a break. It is way harder to protect yourself from data hacks like the one at Equifax. Way harder to deal with the consistencies as well.

It's total bullshit. I am still getting spam mail everyday.

Loads and loads of companies are just ignoring it.

It burdens businesses that obey it (few) and you still get tons of unsolicited and irrelevant mail.

Would make much more sense to tax unsolicited marketing emails.

Like every Mentalist series When Jane meets Lisbon, because could it be that a Spider man just recently was near the Obelisk.

Notifies about data breaches within 72 hours, gets deliberate consent. May override stricter state rules.

What you don't mention is how stifled SMEs were the moment they had to implement GDPR due to the total lack of preparation and that Trump is competing with lower data protection standards (I think it's Trump, not sure about that, might be someone else), which works and puts the EU in a bad position. Classic example of overregulation and bureaucracy

False gdpr accusers should be fined a trillion dollars and if not being able to pay, the regulators should personally be made to pay. A mere accusation can wreak havock on companies. Both listed and non-listed.

I will really hate to see the GDPR law going global. Restrict it to Europe and other parts of America.

am all for it as long as there's an archive to make sure some people won't abuse this law to wipe out clean themselves! We must have a way to verify what they say is true!! Put in on the blockchain and it will not be hackable!

Now I feel happy to live in a developing country with less Internet regulations and restrictions.

Just hope that article 13 doesn't become global.
