Ήταν χθες Τρίτη, 3 Απριλίου, περίπου στις 11 το πρωί, όταν στα συστήματα παρακολούθησης του εναέριου χώρου, των Ισραηλινών ενόπλων δυνάμεων, χτύπησε συναγερμός, καθώς είχαν εντοπίσει ένα αγνώστου ταυτότητας ιπτάμενο αντικείμενο, να πετάει πάνω από τη Λωρίδα της Γάζας.
Πιο συγκεκριμένα, και όπως αναφέρει η ανακοίνωση που εξέδωσε μετά από λίγα λεπτά ο IDF, «Το αεροσκάφος εντοπίστηκε και παρακολουθήθηκε από τη Μονάδα Εναέριου Ελέγχου της IAF μέχρι την αναχαίτισή του.
Το αεροσκάφος δεν πέρασε στο ισραηλινό έδαφος και δεν αποτελούσε απειλή σε κανένα στάδιο.»
Ναι, σωστά καταλάβατε, το αγνώστου ταυτότητας αεροσκάφος, καταρρίφθηκε χωρίς πολλά λόγια και χωρίς δεύτερες σκέψεις, για την ασφάλεια των πολιτών του Ισραήλ, όπως οφείλει να πράττει μια χώρα που τους σέβεται και επιθυμεί να τους προστατέψει...
Και αυτό είναι το βίντεο της κατάρριψης, που δόθηκε λίγο αργότερα στη δημοσιότητα και πάλι από τον IDF.

It was yesterday, Tuesday, April 3, at about 11 am, when the airspace monitoring systems of the Israeli Defense Forces were alerted, as they had detected an unidentified flying object flying over the Gaza Strip.
More specifically, and as stated in the announcement issued after a few minutes by the IDF, "The aircraft was spotted and monitored by IAF Aerial Control Unit until its interception.
The aircraft did not cross into Israeli territory and did not pose a threat at any stage."
Yes, you got it right, the unidentified aircraft was shot down without a word and without a second thought, for the safety of the citizens of Israel, as a country that respects them and wishes to protect them should do...
And this is the video of the takedown, released a little later again by the IDF.
