We ordered a shirt and the writing was spelled wrong and never saw our money again... check out the website, the words are spelled wrong, that should be your first clue that its a SCAM!!!

I ordered two sweaters about 11 days ago and they still haven't arrived, I had heard a few negative reviews but I decided to go through with it because a person I'm following on Instagram got a package and was pleased with what they got so hopefully my order will come soon and I'll be happy with it

The not cutting hole thing is something done rather commonly in Europe and Asia to keep the close/pants new. And if you buy good jeans from professional denim designer stores, sometimes the tailor cut the hole for you in slightly bigger or smaller way depends on your fit on the waist, after you purchased them.

This is something I have begun practicing before I buy anything due to previous bad experiences. Although, one cannot always rely on reviews, however, I know it is something to them when there is a pattern. Thank you!

I ordered a dress on Jan 27 from SheIn and tracking was never uploaded so I got nervous. I thought they might be to good to be true. The dress was only $23 with free standard shipping. Thankfully the dress came today. Super cute. It's like Forever 21 quality which I was expecting considering the price. With all the bad reviews I'm nervous to order from them again. Maybe I just lucked out on this order.

Hi, I ordered one jacket and one dress from this site. I am from Croatia and I've waited for about 2 and half weeks for stuff to arrive. As I am just 164cm and 48kg, I ordered S size and it fits PERFECTLY. Coat is very warm and I can wear it now cause its very cold outside so I am very happy with my order and I don't understand why you are talking about quality cause the same stufff are on ebay and other web shops, the only difference is in the name of web shop :/

I told sheinside I wasn't happy with the two wool coats, the quality was bad and it didn't fit. I told them I will be exchanging for three different items. They sent me the return address immediately which was in the USA not in china. I paid 18.00 dollars for priority because I wanted it to get there in 3 days. I would have paid 13.00 instead to ship it standard. They received it and I got my items in a about a week after.

Knit/PU sweater: fit good, sewing okay, quality not better than forever 21
Knit cardigan: fabric was itchy and it felt like acetate and was very rough, fit okay, will launder and use a lot of softener maybe that will take away the itchiness
Sweatshirt: not like the picture at all. Smaller than expected and I went up two sizes, two different colors when it's suppose to be one color.

Conclusion: it's all about taking chances. I bought knits before they were good. Second time I ordered knits they were bad . So HONESTLY, DISPOSABLE INCOME IS HARD TO COME BY THESE DAYS AND I WOULDN'T ADVISE ANYONE TO TAKE A GAMBLE WITH SHEINSIDE. NOT WORTH IT! Save your money to get the clothes they knock off of. You would be happier and you won't have to wait so long to receive it.

I found this website last year and was pretty sceptical about it since I had heard so many bad reviews. But I just really wanted that one dress and it wasn't very expensive so ordered it anyway. They swapped my order with the one from another person so my package ended up on the other end of the country. I had to contact that person and pay for sending this other person's order to the rightul owner. When i finally received mine I was surprised by the quality of the dress which was pretty nice. But listening to all these bad reviews I guess I was just lucky.
My advice: if you want to order, do so. But don't expect fabulous quality and be ready to deal with long shipping times/ problems with the shipping. Also I wouldn't recommend spending huge amounts of money on these clothes. They are cheap and from china, so don't expect Gucci quality.

A lot of you are disappointed with your shinnied experience because a lot of your complaints are that the clothing size runs small. It's ASAIN SIZE PEOPLE. It's freaking made in china. Most asians are petite, so a large or medium would be the small here.

@Sydney Aparicio I wanted to order from them as well but after doing my own research I came to the conclusion that it wasn't worth the risk. Just google the company and look at fashion blogs.
Sheinside actually have a bloggers program for You Tubers that have over 1, 000 followers. This means that they send people on You Tube products to do a review. There is nothing wrong with that and I am not blaming the guys on You Tube. I think they do have a responsibility to find out they type of company that they are dealing with before indirectly advertising them to their followers and everyone else on the Internet. This is why i think people should do their own research and don't just rely on the 'reviews' on you tube alone. Just google 'sheinside scam' or 'review' When the average person you and me will order and face 101 problems from them.
Products not as described or pictured. poor quality, items not arriving at all, poor communication. Some people have described the customer service as non existent. Stealing credit card details. Stealing the pictures of the dresses and models from different websites and putting them on Sheinside website. I personally have seen this myself a dress from the Topshop with the same model on Sheinside site. No return address, unable to get a refund. The list goes on.
Some people do not have an issue with them and are happy with their purchase but personally I don't think it is worth the risk. It's a big hit and miss. Sorry for the late reply and the long comment. I hope it help. Happy New Year from London, UK.

SCAM ALERT.  the clothes are not good quality. THey tell you that the shipping is free? they send you the clothes but hey don't pay the taxes. You pay for it. The worst is that when you write a negative review on their website, they say its not appropriate. oh ... and the sizes are RANDOM! I ordered a small shirt and its so big that I can't even wear it, and a medium pair of jeans would not even fit my little sister, they are tooo tight man! I live in Canada and express shipping took 3 weeks, DHL charged me 23 bucks! I'm pissed.

I will never order from there again! They are awful! Ok their items are really cute but it really doesn't worth it! It have been 15 days that I'm waiting for my items knowing that I paid for the express shipping (3 to 8 days to France) and nothing have arrived yet! And every time I contacted She inside's customer service, I was asking myself if they weren't laughing at me! Oh! And I payed $431 of clothing! It's also my first time ordering online! What a great experience!
