VEGAS Text Effects - Side Effects Series: [Effect 1]

Hi everyone!! I am finally back with an all-new collab for you!!!! I have had a few requests on how to do some of the effects I did in my Side effects collab part I did for lightningxdisaster's Patreon collab. This is part 1 in a 4 part series I am going to do for you guys!!! Each part will be uploaded once a week on either Wednesday or Thursday.
