I wish I knew this sooner. Over the last month I strive for at least 30 grams of protein for each meal with my ideal of 40-50 grams per meal.

This is all very well, but that’s a lot of food in the morning. I physically can’t eat until my morning break, which is 2 hours away from lunch, therefore I eat a small snack.

Rarely hungry in am. I have the food momentum after dinner and it isnt healthy stuff...but I am trying. In am...it is coffee for me. Feel crappy in a.m. Bacon..hmm. hope it is grass fed. Processed meat is bad news.

How about three eggs a cup of oatmeal five prunes three dates and a small box of raisins.
High nutrition and definitely got your 30 g of protein

Hey doc, I know in the past you haven't been a real advocate for bacon. From memory, this was more due to biblical reasons than anything else. Can you please give your thoughts here as there will be many people, me included, who would love to incorporate bacon into our morning diet. God bless from Adelaide, Australia.

5 eggs for breakfast might be difficult but if u can push for 5 dozen it would make you roughly the size of a barge
