The 2JZ engine features forged internals, upgraded Garrett single turbocharger, E85 fuel system, Wolf EFI making over 500hp to the tyres tuned by BC Automotive & Marine. The car was driven to and from the track and raced in full street trim.

Wow, nice job, especially for this heavy model that nearly tipped the scales at 2 tons when new. Furthermore, here in California, those cars went 0-60 in something like 9 seconds which only makes your times that much more impressive.

i seen the first run and the second. and im like man that seems like a long time. but yeah 10.8 and 10.7 in the 1/4 mile. the last run looked slow too but he got off the line alot better. he wasnt afraid to break it that time. i actually guessed 10.6 and it was. very low 10.6 its true the slower looking the run the faster the car is. they built this car well to hook up and launch and it shows. its not jumping all over the place wasting power and spinning tires. and yet its still almost pulling the front tires off the ground it most likely can if you launched it hard enough.
they built a great car and i think it can easily hit 10.3 or 10.2 in the 1/4 no problem

For E85 and the whole set up it has I would have thought 400+? I guess all dynos differ greatly. Still very impressive and she sounded awesome on Sunday! Major sleeper.

Why would ya do rods and pistons for 520hp? 2j will safely make alot more than that on stock parts.

Just be honest. Our MV automatic built boxes can't go faster than 10's.
