You need to have the model (in this case the BB) raised about 5-10mm off the build plate so can you actually get some support under it. If you do that you get a more round BB then if you put it directly on the build plate, that's also why you have a flat spot.

Give it more supports so it’s elevated and therefore a perfect sphere

I made BBS on filament 3D printer and 20 BBS took 8 minutes to make and they were all spherical and functional

Do a custom Mag, so you can print other shapes of 6mm diametter, not only a sheres,

One advantage of a resin printer is that you can fill the whole bad with bb's and it would take the same amount of time then just one.

use the resin rd printer to print with full density then print a cindof roller to roll the bbs round with fin sand paper or throw it in a tumbler to smooth it out some

The only thing that won’t need work is to make it very smooth, and harder. And maybe use something other that a springer to get good test results.

Try throwing one in a tumbler/polisher and see if they are better

Please try to make ice bbs. Like 3d print an ice tray with bb sized holes and make some! I think it would be a fun vid to watch

Try making 2 half BBs and glueing them

You should try putting them in a rock polisher.
