UK and EU Reach 'Breakthrough' Deal on Northern Ireland

UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen agreed a deal on post-Brexit arrangements for Northern Ireland, potentially ending a stand-off that’s poisoned relations with the European Union. Sunak spoke with von der Leyen at a press conference.
