Would you call the broad term of each section dogmas to live by, and can be corrupted by in turn?

What about moral knowledge?
I believe there is no problem between faith and science. You can have both.

anything revealed to you and anything you take in through your senses still needs to be interpreted a certain way. all of these are at bottom philosophy, or myth. ie a narrative for interpreting and putting into context the outside world

You mention metaphysics as theology, this is philosophy an interpretation of sense perception and a ontology. an answer for what nature is rather than what nature does under certain conditions ie science.

there are only arbitrary distinctions between religion and philosophy!

ethics ? both have it
metaphysics ? both have it
unproven axioms taken on faith ? Both have it
practices influenced by all of the above ? Yep, both religion and philosophy have it
