It's cool and all but I see multiple downsides:
1) Using other arm for movement would make coordination easier.
2) The whole thing must weigh a lot in comparison to normal mouse which, affects aim. Some buttons and stick definitely could be moved to separate device used by the other arm.
3) You can't make fine aim adjustments with your fingers which, affects aim once again.
