NIGERIAN SMOKED TURKEY STEW RECIPE

Ingredients:

8-10 Smoked Turkey Pieces

3 Red Bell Peppers (Tatashe)

1 Can Plum tomatoes or 4 medium size tomatoes

1 Cup Chicken Stock

2-3 Scotch Bonnet (Ata Rodo)

2 Onions

1 Cup Vegetable oil

Dried Thyme

Curry Powder

Garlic Powder

Ginger Powder

2 Chicken Stock Cubes

Salt to taste

Thank you for your continuous recipes!! You are amazing. I tried this today so for warning for those who try it. After roasting everything it shrinks in size and you barely have enough mix for a lot of stew, also roasting the veggies bought out an extremely sweet taste in the mix it heightens the sugar content so it was hard to season because it taste like sugar. Also. I think this would be a good side dish for maybe fried rice. Because the stew is not plenty at all. Roasting is not for me way too sweet.
