With this new rank system, the masters badge is either obtained through camping or actually doing something. So good job to all the people that got masters without camping the entirety of the way there.

Regardless of how many people get masters this season, I haven’t had this much fun in ranked probably ever. The endgames being super sweaty is what I have always enjoyed in ranked and in this season it’s twice what it has been in a long time. Going into 4th and 5th circle with 12 squads left.

Well considering at the time of writing this comment, there are already 7500 Masters/ Pred players on Xbox alone 12 days into the season. Meanwhile, last season on both splits there was only about 1800-2000 Masters/ Pred, which was at the very END of the splits. I solo queued and maintained Pred last split and it took me exactly 14 days to break into Pred. There was only 645 Master/Preds 2 weeks into the split when I broke in. There's already 7500, and it's not even 2 weeks yet. I think it's safe to say this is the easiest system since S12. It's the ultimate casual ranked system, which is fun. But it's not a very good system to showcase skill.

i had a random teammate who hid in a corner the whole game had 0 dmg and let me and my teammate die while 3v2ing with one guy alive. He had 27, 000LP.

My teammates think their streamers and die off jump then get mad at me when I run from the fight to get my RP lol

It is just hard to rank up because all my teamates just good in guns blazing to a fight and blaming me when they are the dead ones

I usually just scrape into Plat 4 and now I'm wading my way through Silver, and feel like Gold is going to be a struggle as usual lol. Will be pretty stoked if things get better and I get into Diamond. I'd like that skydive trail once in my Apex life :P

The system which was on there in very beginning of the game was the best system as there were rewards for kills/assists as well as for surviving

What respawn needs to do is nerf the placement and buff elms

Remember friends, playing ring consoles, rotating early etc. and sitting in a tree all game are very different. The game gives you the tools to position yourself for end game so take advantage of that. Dont fight til youre top 10 cause that KP wont matter anyways. Youll hit masters in no time.
