As a fellow Filipino dancer, from what I understand from my experiences and in competitions, is that dancing is not about how good you are whether you're a beginner or a professional. Every dancers' dream is to perform on a stage where everyone single one of the audience is giving out their full attention to the performers and to show that this is who they are, this is what they've been living for, that this is their passion. DANCING IS NOT ABOUT COMPARISONS BUT FOR SELF-EXPRESSION OF THE SOUL.

I don't care if other Filipinos here say that ZERO's dance steps are not hard like those in Philippines. For me, they are great... They can't compete in that kind of competition if they do not have the skills in dancing. Zero was in that competition because they compete not only for themselves, but also for their country. Japan are proud of them even though they don't win. It is not about the money or the award, it is about the sacrifices they made in order to compete in that competition.

She's right having difficult moves doesn't make a good performance... I'm also Filipino, but I love what ZERO dance crew did .

Lol you're in the wrong here. Zero showed locking and popping in their set and those styles are a part of Hip Hop. This is their own representation of hip hop and is very original than the other crews.

first it's a hiphop DANCE competition not a MUSIC competition. once we get that outta the way we can get an understanding that they're here to move not to listen. second nobody and their grandparents COMMANDED that hiphop be just danced to hip hop music. if that's YOUR hiphop then ok. but this is THEIR hiphop so just respect. last if you wanna check the rules you'd see that it's actually open to including club dances not just pure street dances meaning EDM should not be an issue here in any way
