I cried during this meditation, my Grandpa was my person handing me my box. He passed when I was 12, he was more like a Dad to me. Thank you for another wonderful meditation Alina

I cried during this meditation and was able to connect with my dad who passed. I saw him clearly and felt his presence.

I saw myself graduating hs, one of my first big hikes, and then one when I dyed my hair dark mermaid blue 💙

not sure why i started crying this when I saw my mom handing me my box. She's still with me and we have a great relationship but for some reason seeing her in this meditation was just very moving and i started tearing up. She handed me photos of myself overcoming something really difficult in my life, as well as my graduation and my wedding. Thank you for this!

Thank you so much! I saw myself when I was leaving home in the US to couch surf Europe about 10 years ago, then coming back to the US to start university, and I also saw myself as a child giving speeches I was sure would kill me at the time. I cried but it felt so good ❤️ I saw myself in a beautiful forest walking towards the cottage with my grandma walking towards me. She looked healthy. She handed me three photos, one was me when I had been working out and getting healthy, another was me when I graduated college with a seven year old and a 6 month old who was born during my last quarter of school(I had persevered even though it was hard) and my final photo was of me meditating. I hugged my grandma and felt so much encouragement❤️ I’m still emotional ten minutes after. I definitely needed this. Thank you❤️
