A lot of kitchens should have a switch to turn off the condenser fan so you would not freeze to death.

If no one hears you, find where the cold air is coming in and block it.

If the fan blades are close, try to find something that you can stick in there to stop the blades. Part of the shelving unit works or even a wooden shelf that can be broken into pieces.

Hopefully it will set off alarms or at least notify through Wi-Fi that the freezer is down.

I have seen a movie like this same situation, in which, a girl was keeping items like buns etc, she was also a worker/waiter of the restaurant. She only had her father in family and a small teenager brother as her mom passed away when she was born, the manager/boss of the restaurant was on the call and didn't know that she was there and accidentally locked up the freezer room and decreased the temperature of the freezer.as you can think, she survived there with pain, terribleness and started to shout but the main door of the restaurant was closed, so no one can hear her voice
But then her blood starrted to freeze and she sticked her hand on the floor and when she started to pull her skin out but it torrned out and she screamed a loud in pain and fainted. As she was late at night, her father searched he everywhere.the in the morning when she was come out of the freezer, she caught her in the hospital with her father standing in front of her.the mannager was arrested.
