DCS 2.5: F-14B Tomcat Vs. SU-27 Guns Only Dogfight

This is a recording of the dogfight instant action mission over the Caucasus map available with the new F-14B Tomcat by Heatblur for DCS. In this mission our F-14B and our opponent Su-27 Flanker are only equipped with guns.

I try to keep my speed around 350kts but it is sometimes difficult because unlike the DCS F/A-18 Hornet, we do not have any HUD speed indication or HMD to aid us.

Great video. This DCS F-14 model has been said to be the most accurate and real possible by F-14 pilots. F-14 especially with those monster GE-F110 engines is an absolute deadly.

nice. but it looks like cheating when you are zooming. i like it realistic and fly myself with a fixed FOV. i wished online sever will support deactivated zoom funktion for more realistic look and feel.

Circus, cause not serious !!! ))) I laugh every time, looking video of western boys (with serious faces ) trying to fight with guns on F-14 against SU-27 or MIG-29 ... Your only hope is bot as a pilot, other way you DEAD ! (as in the game, so & in reality )
