Oh! I guess I never really said what the blockage was. It was just a piece of the silk gray filament that was used prior to unloading.

We watched this video, and we were able to unblock the feed tube right at where the gear feeds it in. We had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. We had been messing with it for about 2 weeks off and on trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Thank you for posting this video. You saved my hubbies patience and my sanity.

what a timely video. I was struggling to get my filament loaded yesterday afternoon, after much fuss I finally got it in and started printing. This video came on and I watched it up to about 6 minutes and said I know my problem. Printed until I ran out of filament. Woke up this morning and and did as you showed and it's back to loading like it did before. Thanks for. the instructions!

This helped me fix the same issue. Very appreciative of your time to do this video.

After I cleared my blockage, I found that I hadn't sufficiently tightened the springs screw which resulted in under extrusion regardless of temperature and a tendency to extra under extrude on the right hand side. Great video!

Thanks for doing this video! After looking on the anker site and trouble-shooting for over an hour I searched YT and found your video! I fixed mine in about 10 minutes! You rock !

You are an ACTUAL hero. Total noob at 3D printing (This is my first, I’ve had it about a month) and the troubleshooting didn’t take me far enough to fix it. This video did though, and I can’t thank you enough!

I have been having this trouble also. There must be some sort of lip in the filament path just below the extrusion gears. Pull the bowden tube out of the fitting and grab the filament, unclamp the extruder, and wiggle the filament around. Its fairly obvious when you get the tip of the filament past that step. If the nozzle is hot you can manually push the filament in and get it to extrude.
Cutting the end of the filament on a 45 degree is important. Work the filament up and down while holding the gears open. It will slip past the ledge and it will be obvious as you easily push it another 1/2" past the ledge.

Thanks a million for making this video. I had the same issue three times this week and one time I accidentally had loosened that spring and that cleared to issue. However, I had been in contact with anchor support and they were of no help at all. I am so glad I found your video. It really saved my evening.

Thanks for the video, saved me a major headache after trying to clean the nozzle and then replacing the nozzle with no luck.

So glad I found this video! I was losing my mind trying get the filament to extrude after following all of the cleaning steps provided by Ankermake. 5 min after watching your video, I found the piece causing the blockage and cleared it out! Thank you!

Thank you for this video. I wish Anker provided better-structured docs on how to take things apart. I ended up having to do this and a tiny bit of filament got stuck in the printer past the gears. Got it all fixed now from what I learnt here.

The feed tube has a quick connect. Just push down on the black collar where the tube goes in and the tube will pull out. Then you won't have to unscrew the connector each time.

I've been having a lot of issues with some filament being stuck in the hotend/extruder everytime I restart the printer. Having quick access to the spring at the back really helps. I just open it up and take the piece of filament out. I didn't know how to do it before your video so thank you very much :)

Glad to see I'm not the only one with 3D printing issues. These machines are great but require regular servicing. Thanks

I had this same thing happen to me yesterday! Much simplified process from what I did. I have a feeling this might be a common problem. Hopefully people can find your video when it happens to them!
