One day soon people will be quoting you, James. It's bc of you I had a truck load of oak wood chips with leaves dumped on my property from a local tree removal service company. I told them what I needed and he knew exactly what to provide. Food forest year 1. Thanks for being you and for making this content!

Wow! Has your local newspaper written an article about your garden? If not, they should.

Man, having something like that in your backyard would be amazing. I'd just lay down in the middle of it every day and just ease my mind and relax.

Thank you James. Your videos are fun, full of information and get me more hyped for being in my garden. I have a little garden dog as well we both say woof woof to tuck. What you are doing is awesome and inspiring. I have a young food forest and somedays I feel I need so much help. Then I watch your videos and it’s positivity to make me realize I got this.

I just love watching your food forest because like I've to you before, I am the lady who is following your one year garden and comparing it to my one year garden, dreaming how it will look as I see your 7 year garden... Keep it up ! I've bought my fruit trees just like yours and planted them at the same time that you did. Yours are doing a little better than mine, but I've followed you step, by step. Thank you so much James and Tuck !!!!.... my name is Irene

Oh My Gosh! Tomato Sandwiches! I love those things! Everyone thinks I'm crazy, but they are the best sandwich in the world! Must be an east coast thing cause I was born in Maryland and spent lots of time in PA with Grandma and Grandpa! What an amazing memory you just sent out! Thanks James and Tuck!

You mention how the garden work changes over time and gets easier. Very good point. The first few years are the hardest. In the beginning you need fencing, you have to deal with the lot, the initial clearing, mulching. Also you're planting in large quantities.

Later, the "site work" is complete. The bulk of your trees and perennials are settled and you really only need to worry about pruning, maintenance and annuals
