How to stream on your TV with Chromecast

Um...but you still did not provide any explanation on how to actually stream videos from Chromecast. How the hell do you actually get apps like Disney Plus, Netflix, etc. to work on this device?

However can only cast Xfinity to Chromecast from my laptop. Will not cast from table or phone.
