Did all this before I went to Banshee, and it auto completed the quest on pick up

In the boss room it’s whatever side the Cyclopes spawns on is the side you have to charge the plate

You don't need to be on expert to get the secret chest BTW

When your fighting the last boss the side he goes to in the back of the room is the side that's going to have the plate.

Yooo, my heart goes out to anyone trying to do this solo. I'm currently dredging through this on my own and it's not too bad until you get to the first boss encounter. My god, I've never had an argument with someone who couldn't hear me until all the unreasonable deaths and me shit talking the bungie overlords. Solo-ing this on expert does tell me that no one stress tests these missions before they're shipped. When you have 5 different elemental damage types in a game to worry about, you shouldn't have to stack 3 copies of the same resistance just to not get 1 shot by a cyclops or 3 shot by a barrier hobgoblin with rediculous accuracy. I'm a dad with more free time than most parents, and I'm spending so much time unlocking a catalyst for a gun that the game itself is becoming unfun due to, let's be real, shit balance. You can't put a new player in Encore, expert or not and tell me it's a well rounded, fun, balanced exotic mission. I mean, rhe first week, if you didn't do 3/4 the boss's health in 1 damage rotation, you soft locked yourself and had to wipe.

Tip: to know wether to go left or right you can pull out your ghost and it will give you a marker or you can just look at the back of the room and see which side the boss is on

Take a shot whenever he says " As you can see" see you on the other side

During the final boss, you will see 3 pairs of light bars on the back wall, after each hack of the conflux, one pair of lights will go out indicating which direction to go for the plate.

The final boss room. You can tell which side to go to by looking at where the boss is facing. Thats how you know where to go first

For the final boss room the vex spire next to the boss is what shows you what side the vex plate will be on

13:11 you actually don‘t have to go to the middle for the last damage phase, you can just keep standing left or right and shoot from there (makes it a lot easier imo).

I found that depending on which side the boss is on will guide you to the correct platform for the vex access ring.

It tells you wich side to go to in boss fight. There is a small cube vex Link box beside the bosses bubble either on left or right . That tells you wich side to go to

This may be common knowledge but the portal which leads to the 3 minotaurs and the 5 Targets if you go all the way up the stairs where 2 of the minotaurs spawn and carry on into the building there is a section called Planetary Depths . There is nothing to do yet but it's a really cool space .

You need an update for your original guide. The little jump ledge doesn't work to jump up. Instead you have to take the ramp to the very right from the original spawn and once you get to the top you jump in the butt hole of the ball below you. Just an FYI
