My question is: Why did it take over 1 hour to record it? Why sometimes it took him 8 minutes to switch PCs? Like is he having som jogging breaks or the other PC somewhere completely different.

This is not how hackers chat lol. There's tons of ways to communicate successfully, but doing it over un-encrypted connections is never going to occur for anyone who knows what they're doing. Plus, why have it be so barbaric? a quote on quote "hacker" can simply set up a MatterMost server and have a completely controlled method of communication. That's just one form of secured chat (as long as you trust the server host). There's various methods on tor too. This video would get less comments like this if the title & video just communicated what this really is.
