Funny hearing someone saying "a small device with a 4.3" display" knowing Apple's flagship is still 4" which is even more funny.

this guy keep talking about how this phone is for emerging markets . Clearly he has no idea what he's talking about. The fact this phone has sold MULTI MILLIONS in the USA is not emerging. Motorola built this and the Moto G for people who want a choice and a good price for an off contract phone. Has nothing to do with India .

It is sold for £100 in the UK and when you go to check out they add £££ more for packing and postage and it's like £111 in total which equals like $187. They rip us off here in Europe...

I understand what Moto is doing, but I'm very curious and have been for a while since they were off the scene as to what they would put into a high end phone.

Looking to replace my mom's iPhone 3g with something off contract. She is used to android from her nexus 7. Do you think this would be a good fit? She just takes pics and sends texts, and makes calls.
