He is correct, he is grabbing the wheel stud that is attached to the wheel hub, which has a bad bearing. You can see the outer surface edge of the rotor is ground down due to worn out brake pads touching metal to metal.

Unless there was something else wrong with the rotors, you should know that the tire will secure it down with the lugs, sorry but you must be new to the industry

These comments, are you idiots not seeing the very clearly improperly worn rotor? That's definitely under runout limits, even if most of the rest of it is fine. The pads are going to be worn unevenly as well. Just because you've "worked on cars for 10 years" doesn't mean you actually learned any physics or real schooling behind how the car and its' parts ACTUALLY work, not just mechanically.
